I am Dr. Tamali Sinha, an author and counsellor who believes that the stories we carry within us deserve to be seen, heard, and gently understood. Through my work in psychology and my writings, I explore the quiet emotions we often struggle to express- connection, love, heartbreaks and loss, emotions and struggles, identity, motherhood, friendship, and the unspoken complexities of being human.
Books My work spans both reflective poetry and non-fiction. In my books, including Silent Battles: Rebuilding Lives Broken by Shackles of Emotional Distancing and Chuppi: Antarik Sangharsh, I explore the deeper patterns of emotional distancing and the ways in which individuals can begin to understand and heal from them. My poetry collection, Mirrors Within Moments, captures fleeting emotions and transforms them into reflection.
Counselling & Emotional Support I offer a safe and compassionate space for individuals to explore their thoughts and emotions. Through reflective conversations and therapeutic approaches, I support individuals in understanding themselves and moving toward healing.
